Research on the Technique of PE Composite Modified Asphalt

PE 复合改性沥青技术研究

Abstract: On the basis of principles of“similitude and compatibility”and“space steric hindrance”,by means of micrographic image analysis,rheological and mechanical behavior,and conventional tests as well ,this paper made systematic research on technical performance,processing technology and influence factor of several kinds of PE composite modified asphalt in which different chemical agents had been added. The results indicated that PE modified asphalt not only had excellent performance,but also didn’t separate during the course of thermal storage. PE modified asphalt could reach technical standard of the trade on the level of Ⅲ-B and Ⅲ-C. Moreover,parameters of the technological conditions could be regarded as the foundation of industrialized production technique.

摘要: 依据“相似相容”和“空间位阻”原理,以显微图像分析、流变力学和常规试验为手段,对添加了不同化学助剂 的几种PE复合改性沥青的技术性能、加工工艺及影响因素进行了系统研究。结果表明:PE复合改性沥青不仅具 有优良的性能,而且在热贮存过程中不发生离析,达到Ⅲ-B、Ⅲ-C级行业技术标准,提出的工艺条件参数可以作 为工业化生产技术的基础。
