Evaluation of the Waterline Level Based on Uncertainty AHP and Group Decision Theory

基于不确定性AHP 和群决策理论的 港口岸线等级评价模型

Abstract: After selecting the indexes which affected the level of waterline based on policies,regulations,natural conditions, economy,traffic location and ancillary services,uncertainty AHP and group decision theory were introduced to determine the weights of evaluation indexes,which made the evaluation more accurate and convincing. Based on empirical analysis, the waterline was divided into three classes and opinions about its development and application of different classes were proposed,which had a certain value of promotion and application.

摘要: 从政策法规、自然条件、经济、交通区位、配套服务等方面选取了影响港口岸线等级优劣的指标,引入了不确 定性AHP和群决策理论来确定评价指标权重,使评价结果更具科学性和可信性。通过实证分析,将港口岸线分为 3个等级,并提出了不同等级的开发使用意见,具有一定的推广和应用价值。
