沥青混合料工程设计级配范围研究

Abstract: Bulk density tests are used to determine the optimum proportions of coarse aggregate in the mixtures; 10 kinds of gradation including different shapes of fine aggregate and different percent passing of control sieve are selected and tested through Wheel Tracking Test and Freeze-Thaw SplitTest. The results show that the percent passing of 4.75mm has significant impact on the high-temperature rutting resistance and the water stability of the asphalt mixture. Based on laboratory test results, all aspects of road performance requirements are integrated, and the grading envelope of AC-20 for mix design adapted to the characte ristics of Chongqing regional climate is put forward to improve the rutting resistance capability in Chongqing district.

摘要: 通过各粒径不同比例的粗集料堆积密度试验结果得到合理的粗集料级配组成、选取不同细集料组成、不同粗 细比例的10种级配进行冻融劈裂试验和车辙试验。试验结果表明:4.75mm通过率对沥青混合料高温抗车辙能 力和水稳定性有较大影响。根据室内试验结果,结合级配应用经验,提出了适应于重庆地区气候特点的AC-20沥 青混合料工程设计级配范围,以提高重庆地区沥青路面抗车辙能力。
