Bonding Performance of Fiberglass-Polyester Paving Mat in Humid Climate

潮湿气候条件下聚酯玻纤布层间黏结性能研究

Abstract: The dosage and type of bonding oil about fibreglass-polyester paving mat were confirmed through the UTM shear test. The cement asphalt,anti-cracking material and cement concrete test specimens were made,and then the shear strength of them was tested through UTM. The bonding strength of different anti-cracking materials was tested by pulling-out test. The results show that the SBS modified asphalt layer should be used as bonding oil,and its best dosage is 1. 0 kg /m2 ; the bonding performance of fibreglass-polyester is better than others under different humid climates; and the fiberglass-polyester has a better bonding performance than other anti-cracking materials in the same humid climate.

摘要: 通过UTM 剪切试验确定黏层油的种类及其最佳用量; 分别成型沥青混凝土+ 防裂材料+ 水泥混凝土的剪切 试件,通过UTM 剪切试验测定不同浸水条件下各试件的抗剪强度; 采用现场拉拔试验测定不同防裂材料结构层的 抗拉能力。结果表明: 采用SBS 改性沥青作为黏层油,其最佳用量为1. 0 kg /m2 ; 不同潮湿气候条件中聚酯玻纤布层 间抗剪强度大于其余两种防裂材料层间抗剪强度; 相同潮湿气候条件中聚酯玻纤布层间拉拔强度大于防水卷材层 间拉拔强度
