纳米层状硅酸盐改性沥青路用性能试验研究

摘要: 针对沥青路面出现病害的原因,采用纳米层状硅酸盐改性沥青提高沥青路面抗病害能力。通过室内常规的 针入度、延度、软化点、旋转薄膜烘箱老化试验及SHRP的动态剪切、弯曲梁流变、PAV压力老化试验,对比研究了 纳米层状硅酸盐改性沥青与基质沥青、SBS及PE改性沥青的感温性、高低温特性及老化特性等路用性能,得出松 香基膨润土纳米层状硅酸盐改性沥青具有较好的路用性能,为工程应用打下基础。

Abstract: Aiming at the cause of asphalt pavement diseases, Nanometer Layered Silicate modified asphalt(NLS) is used to improve the resistance capability of asphalt pavement. Conventional indoor tests, such as penetration, ductility, softening point, RTFOT and SHRP DSR, BBR and PAV pressure aging test are conducted. Contrastive tests of pavement performance are carried out between NLS and base asphalt, SBS and PE modified asphalt, such as temperature sensibility, high-and-low temperature behavior and aging behavior. The conclusion is drawn that rosin-hased bentonite NLS modified asphalt has better pavement performance, which provides the basis for engineering application.
