三轴重复荷载作用下AC-13沥青混合料永久变形试验分析

Analysis of AC-13 Asphalt Mixture Permanent Deformation in Triaxial Repeated Load Test

摘要: 采用半正弦波间歇荷载,使用MTS(Material Test Systerm)材料试验机对AC-13沥青混合料进行三轴重复荷载蠕变试验,研究试验温度和应力水平对沥青混合料永久变形特性的影响,得到了AC-13沥青混合料在不同温度和不同应力水平下的永久变形规律,对永久应变与荷载作用次数、应力水平和温度的关系进行非线性回归分析,提出来能够全面反映沥青混合料永久变形特性的模型,并绘制了不同温度下的三维图形,直观全面地反映沥青混合料变形的特性。

Abstract: The half sine wave of intermittent load was applied to triaxial repeated load test on AC-13 asphalt mixture by using MTS (Material Test System). The influence of the test temperature and stress level on the asphalt mixture permanent deformation characteristics was studied to obtain the permanent deformation law of AC-13 asphalt mixture at different temperatures and under different stress level. Based on the nonlinear regression analysis of the relation of permanent strain, load effect times, stress and temperature, the model which can fully reflect the asphalt mixture permanent deformation characteristics was proposed. The 3d graphics at different temperature were drawn to show the deformation features of asphalt mixture.
