高寒地区光老化对沥青混合料低温性能影响

Influence of Ray Aging on Low Temperature Performance of Asphalt Mixture in Plateau-Cold Region

摘要: 针对我国高寒地区低温及光照辐射强的气候特点,采用氙灯老化箱模拟沥青混合料所受光照作用,对沥青混合料进行人工加速光老化。通过劈裂试验、小梁弯曲试验、低温收缩试验,研究不同时照的光老化对沥青混合料的低温性能影响程度。实验结果表明,经历一定年限的光老化会对基质沥青混合料的低温性能产生显著的影响,而用SBR添加剂能有效防治混合料的光老化,改善混合料的低温性能,为高寒地区沥青路面选择合适的沥青材料和光老化研究提供参考。

Abstract: Aiming at low temperature and strong radiation of sunlight in plateau-cold region, Xenon lamp was used to simulate the sunlight effect on asphalt mixture in order to accelerate ray aging test on these asphalt mixture. Through splitting test, beam bending test and linear contractive test for bituminous specimen, the low temperature performance of asphalt mixture under different test-time of ray aging was studied. Test results show that the influence on basic asphalt mixture is significant when experienced certain time ray aging, while the additive of SBR can improve ray aging resistance and crack resistance of asphalt mixture at low temperature effectively. The research results can be reference for selection of suitable asphalt binder and study on ray aging in plateau-cold region.
