混凝土梁桥疲劳安全监测与评估

Fatigue Safety Monitoring and Evaluation of Concrete Girder Bridges

摘要: 采用动态称重技术,对峡舰大桥进行了35d的交通荷载监测,研究了车辆荷载对泪凝土桥梁疲劳寿命的影 响;利用声发射技术,进行了连续16d的在线监测,并通过对典型位置的数据信号统计给出了该桥的工作状态;通 过21d的疲劳应力监测,采用S-N曲线和线性累积损伤理论计算受拉主筋寿命为1239a;依据断裂力学评估模型 估算的疲劳寿命约为245a。研究表明:荷载监测、疲劳应力监测、声发射监测和疲劳寿命评估技术的融合应用,可 更为全面地评估既有惺凝土梁桥的使用安全。

Abstract: Weigh-in-motion (WIM) system was used to monitor Yaoxian bridge for 35 days and the inf1uence of traffic load on the fatigue life of concrele girder bridge was also studied. Acoustic emission (AE) technique was adopted to monitor this concrete bridge continuously for 16 days , and through the amplitude distribution of 3 typical areas , the peIformance of the bridge was evaluated , According to recorded strain dala , lhe eslimated faligue life was 1 ,239 years based on S-N curve assessment approach and 21 d fatigue strain monitoring; by using fatigue failure mechanism for fatigue life evaluation of the model , the result was 245 years. The results show that the technology fusion of traffic load monitoring , dynamic strain monitoring , AE monitoring and fatigue life evaluation technique can evaluate service safety of concrete girder bridges comprehensively.
