PFRC Beams and Their Applications in Tongxing Bridge

摘要: PFRC梁(即预弯预应力柔性钢筋砼梁,中国专利号ZL94227201.3)系周志祥副教授据预弯复合梁原理提出的一种新的预应力砼梁,它兼有常规预应力砼梁和预弯复合梁的优点,克服了其缺点,具有较好的技术经济效益.本文阐述了PFRC梁的制作工艺及预应力原理,简要介绍了5片试验梁的研究成果及其在四川省永川市通兴桥的应用情况.

Abstract: Based on the prestressing principle of the existing preflex beams, a new preflex reinforced concretc beam (abridged as PFRC) is proposed by the first author. The PFRC beams have the advantages of both the existing preflex beams and conventional prestressed concrete beams, and avoid their disadvantages. The manufacturing art and principle of the beams are presented in this paper. The main test re suits of 5 PFRC beams are given and the applications' in Tonsixing Bridge are briefly introduced.
