比例及非比例应力循环加载条件下的棘轮效应研究

A study of ratchetting behaviour under proportional and nonproportional cyclic stressing

摘要: 通过对两种不锈钢材料分别进行比例和非比例应力循环加载棘轮效应试验,揭示了两种不锈钢材料的棘轮效应的一些特征,和导致这些棘轮效应特征的原因,得到了一些有意义的结果,为建立能较为精确地描述结构在多轴应力循环下的累积变形的本构模型提供了一定的实验及理论分析依据.

关键词: 应力循环, 棘轮效应, 加载历史, 不锈钢

Abstract: The ratchetting experiments of 316L and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel cyclically loaded under proportional and nonproportional conditions were performed respectively.It illustrated that how the stress amplitute, mean stress and the histories of them influencing ratchetting, The evolution features of ratchetting and conducting factors were investigated.Some significant results which seek to be contributions to the model of ratchetting were obtained.
