水泥锶渣路面结构力学分析

Mechanical?Analysis?on?the?Structure?of?Cement?Strontium?Slag?Pavement

摘要: 根据重庆地区气候特点、农村公路的荷载特点及水泥锶渣路面结构参数,利用弹性层状体系理论对水泥锶渣 面层的温度收缩应力、温度翘曲应力、荷载应力及其迭加效应进行了分析。分析结果表明:由于水泥锶渣面层的回 弹模量较普通水泥混凝土低得多,在温度和荷载共同作用下路面内应力小于其强度,不会产生收缩开裂,因而无需 设置伸缩缝;通过对多条水泥锶渣试验路长期性能观测,表明不切缝的水泥锶渣路面性能良好,可推广到西部农村 公路建设中。

Abstract: According?to?the?climatic?characteristics?of?Chongqing,?load?characteristics?of?the?highway?and?structural?parameters?of?the?cement?strontium?slag?pavement,?the?temperature?contracting?stress,?temperature-warping?stress,?load?stress?and?iteration?effect?of?the?cement?strontium?slag?pavement?are?analyzed?by?making?use?of?the?elastic?layered?system?theory.?The?analysis?result?indicates?that?:?it?is?not?necessary?to?set?the?expansion?joint?because?the?resilient?modulus?of?cement?strontium?slays?concrete?is?much?lower?than?that?of?cement?concrete;?furthermore,?its?internal?stress?is?lower?than?its?intensity?under?the?co-action?of?temperature?and?load,?which?will?not?generate?shrinkage?crack.?The?long-term?performance?observation?of?several?cement?strontium?slag?experimental?roads?indicates?that?the?cement?strontium?slag?pavement?without?sawed?joint?has?higher?performance,?which?can?be?used?widely?in?the?highway?construction?of?western?countryside.
