基于道路和环境条件的干线公路安全性评价方法

Arterial Highway Safety Evaluation Based on Road and Environment Condition

摘要: 在分析道路交通系统特征和交通安全影响因素的基础上,应用层次分析法构建了具有干线公路特点的道路 安全性评价指标体系并确定指标权重;提出了定性分析与定量计算相结合的公路安全性评价方法-综合评价指数 法与模糊综合评价法。通过对某省干线公路安全性评价项目的实际分析,证明该评价方法合理并可靠。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of traffic network characteristics and factors affecthg the road safety, analytical hierarchy process has established safety evaluation system for arterial highways as well as index-measuring approach; in accordance with reality of arterial highway safety evaluation, analytical hierarchy process has also proposed evaluation approaches that cambine qualitative analysis with quantitative coomputation, namely, comprehensive evaluation exponent and fuzzy canpre- hensive evahatian. Through the application of safety evaluation project to a typical section of a main highway in some prov- ince, the rationality and reliability of the proposed approach is verified.
