EQ6110PF 客车车身骨架静动态分析与轻量化设计

摘要: 利用Ansys 软件建立EQ6110PF 客车车身骨架有限元模型,对该客车实际运行中的4 种典型工况( 水平弯曲 工况、极限扭转工况、紧急制动工况、急转弯工况) 进行了分析,仿真结果表明该车身骨架结构强度均满足设计要 求。为了获得车身固有频率及相应的振型,对该客车车身进行了模态分析; 利用正交试验方法对该车身骨架进行 了轻量化设计。

Abstract: The finite element model of EQ6110PF bus body frame is established by using Ansys software. Four typical working conditions are analyzed,including level bending,limiting torsion,emergency brake and sudden swerve. The simulation results show that the strength of the body skeleton of the bus satisfies the design requirements. Modal analysis on the finite element model is performed to obtain natural frequency and vibration mode. The light-weighting design of bus body skeleton is carried out by utilizing orthogonal experimental method.
