降低沥青路面温度的热反射涂层性能研究

摘要: 采用一种新型路面热反射涂层涂布于沥青路面表面,在夏季高温季节时,可有效降低路面温度5~10℃,将该 涂料使用在排水性大孔隙路面中降温效果更好;同时对该涂料进行了综合路用性能分析,研究表明,热反射涂层铺 装具有良好的耐磨性;随着涂层用量的增加,涂层的抗滑性降低,在密级配试件中使用该涂层时必须添加防滑粒 料。由于涂层的高反射率可降低路面温度,因此该涂层对路面车辙病害的预防及缓解具有良好的作用。

Abstract: A new kind of solar-reflective coat is painted on asphalt pavanent.In surrmer with high temperature, the pavement tamperature can be lowered from 5 to lOoC with this mabrial. The cooling effect is more obvious when it is used on porous asphalt pavement.Furthermore,the pavement performance is also studied. The research results show that the pavement with solar-reflective material has good wearing capacity. With the dosage of coat increasing, the skidding-resistance performance decreases. When the material is used on dense-graded pavanent, the anti-skidding granular should be added.The pavement tamperature can be reduced on account of high reflectivity of coat, which can effectively prevent and lessen the rutting disease of asphalt pavement.
