摘要: 重庆公交CKZ6991EB型天然气客车动力系统与实际运行工况不匹配,运行效率低。在保持原车变速器总成 不变基础上,采用基于MATLAB平台的遗传算法,对该型客车驱动桥速比进行了优化设计。结果表明:采用速比为 7.51的驱动桥能显著提高客车运行效率,且客车在坡道高密度区运行时经济性可获得改善。

Abstract: Powertrain system of CKZ6991EB type of CNG bus of Chongqing does not match the actual operating conditions and its operating efficiency is low. The driving axle ratio,which used genetic algorithm based on MATLAB while maintaining the original vehicle transmission assembly on the basis of the same,was optimized.The results show that the driving axle ratio of 7.51 can significantly improve the operating efficiency of passenger cars,and economy will be improved when bus running in high-density areas ramp.
