摘要: 分析了实车碰撞试验电测量系统数据及误差传递路径;研究了由压阻式加速度传感器及多通道数据采集系统 构成的实车碰撞试验电测量系统的测量不确定度;分析了各子系统对总不确定度的影响;照现行规范对系统测量不 确定度进行评定。研究可为GB11551标准中数据通道测量不确定度的评估提供实践参考。

Abstract: The data and error transfer paths of electrical measuring systems in vehicle crash test were analyzed; the uncertainty measurement of an electrical measuring system constituted by a PR accelerometer and a multi-channels data acquisition system was studied. Influences of subsystem on the overall system uncertainty were analyzed; the measurement uncertainty of electrical measuring system was evaluated according to regulations. The study could provide practical references for the measurement uncertainty evaluation of data channel in GB11551.
