摘要/Abstract

摘要： 针对铁矿石运输市场发展现状，阐述了我国大型钢铁企业组建船队的必要性;提出了组建船队的两种不同模式，应用动态规划模型确定钢铁企业组建船队规模;以合理规模组建船队实现较低运输成本完成运输需求，提高企业产业链控制能力，提升企业利润空间;以B钢铁企业2011—2015年的船队规模确定为算例，验证了所建立的方法有效。

Abstract: The necessity for iron and steel enterprises to build their own fleet is discussed with the consideration of the current condition of iron ore shipping market． Two modes of building shipper-owned-fleet are then proposed; the integer programming method is used to determine the scale of the fleet． The appropriate scale of the fleet will fulfill the transport demand at a low cost，extend profit margins of the company and strengthen iron and steel enterprises’control over the whole industry chain． A fleet planning example from 2011 to 2015 of an iron and steel enterprise is used to illustrate the established method． The preliminary results show that the method is effective．
