撞击荷载下耗能装置缓冲吸能特性研究

Research on Buffer Effect and Energy Absorption Capacity of Buffers under Impact Loading

摘要: 在桥墩表面设置耗能装置可提高城市立交桥桥墩和高架桥桥墩抵抗车辆撞击的能力。通过对配置耗能装置 桥墩试件侧向撞击的试验研究,分析了耗能装置缓冲、吸能效果及其对桥墩动力响应的影响。研究表明,设置合理 的耗能装置能够降低撞击力,达到良好的缓冲效果;同时能够吸收部分撞击能量降低桥墩的动力响应。撞击力可 降低49%,跨中受拉钢筋峰值应变可降低63%,跨中位移峰值可降低75.6%。

Abstract: Installing buffer on pier surface could be employed to increase the anti-vehicle-crash capacity of viaduct bridge and overpass bridge. The buffer effect and energy absorption capacity were ana lyzed based on lateral impact test of reinforced concrete pier specimen. The influence of buffer on dynamic performance of pier was also analyzed. The test results have proven that impact force and dynamic performance of pier can be greatly reduced by installing buffers for proper design can lead to favorable buffe reffect and energy absorption capatity. In this way, impact load can be decreased by 49%, the peak strain of tensile bar in the middle section, 63%, and the peak displacement in the middle section, 75. 6% .
