发动机缸套穴蚀机理分析及预防措施

Abstract: The?main?cause?and?detailed?process?of?the?cavitation?corrosion?of?engine?cylinder?sleeve?are?elaborated.?And?the?mechanical?analysis?of?the?cavitation?corrosion?mechanism?of?cylinder?sleeve?is?carried?out.?With?the?consideration?of?the?rational?design?of?engine?cylinder?sleeve?and?piston,?the?repair?and?assembly?space,?as?well?as?the?design?of?cooling?system?and?the?proper?use?of?coolant,?the?precaution?measures?to?prevent?cavitation?corrosion?are?put?forward.

摘要: 论述了发动机缸套穴蚀产生的主要原因及具体过程,对缸套穴蚀的机理进行了力学分析,并从发动机缸套、 活塞结构的合理设计、修理与装配间隙,以及冷却系的设计和冷却水的正确合理使用等方面提出了预防穴蚀产生 的具体措施。
