柔性基层沥青路面结构设计参数分析

Abstract: The?typical?structures?of?flexible?base?asphalt?pavement?at?home?and?abroad?are?comprehensively?analyzed.?The?effect?of?key?structure?parameters?on?two?performance?indicators?of?flexible?base?asphalt?pavement,?that?is?the?rebound?deflection?of?pavement?surface?and?the?pitch?stress?at?the?bottom?of?asphalt?layer,?is?studied?by?the?orthogonal?method.?These?key?structure?parameters?includes?the?depth?of?asphalt?treated?base?and?unbound?graded?aggregate?base,?the?module?of?subgrade?and?so?on.?The?results?show?that:the?module?of?sub-grade?has?important?influence?on?rebound?deflection?of?pavement?surface;?increasing?the?thickness?of?asphalt?layer?can?reduce?the?tensile?stress?at?the?bottom?of?asphalt?layer?and?prolong?the?fatigue?life?of?asphalt?pavement;however,the?thickness?of?asphalt?layer?has?little?effect?on?prolonging?the?fatigue?life?of?asphalt?pavement?when?the?total?thickness?of?asphalt?layer?exceeds?25cm

摘要: 综合分析了国内外柔性基层沥青路面典型结构,采用正交分析方法,讨论了沥青稳定基层厚度、级配碎石基 层厚度及土基模量等关键结构参数对路表回弹弯沉、沥青层层底拉应力2个柔性基层沥青路面性能指标的影响。 研究表明:土基模量对于路表回弹弯沉的影响最为显著;当沥青层厚度在25cm以内时,增加沥青层厚度可以减小 沥青层底拉应力,延长沥青路面疲劳寿命。
