柔性基层预制块铺面结构设计方法研究

Abstract: Because of having a lot of discontinuous seams, the force and deformation of precast block pavement are quite different from conventional cement pavement and asphalt pavement. Based on indoor loading plate test and circular track test results, it can be concluded that the structure design indicator of precast block pavement is rut depth. The axle load conversion method was established on the principle of the same rut depth. And the allowing rut depth range of precast block pavement was put forward. Furthermore, a structural design methodology about flexible base of precast block pavement which based on mechanics was established.

摘要: 预制块铺面存在的大量不连续接缝,使其受力和变形不同于常规水泥路面和沥青路面。基于室内承载板试验和环道试验,提出了预制块铺面结构设计指标——车辙深度;基于车辙深度 相同的原则建立了轴载换算方法,提出了预制块路面容许车辙深度取值范围,进而建立了基于力学的柔性基层预制块路面结构设计方法体系。
