Study on Influencing Factors of Steel Slag Pervious Concrete

钢渣透水混凝土影响因素研究

Abstract: Chemical composition, mechanical property and stability of 5 year-old converter slag were analyzed; the influences of different watercement ratio, volume ratio of aggregate to slurry and aggregate size on strength and water permeability of pervious concrete were studied. Results demonstrated that volume ratio of aggregate to slurry and aggregate size were key factors in affecting strength and water permeability of pervious concrete; water cement ratio exerted greater influence on steel slag permeability coefficient while little on 28d compressive strength.

摘要: 分析了5年以上的陈化转炉钢渣的化学成分、力学性能以及稳定性能;研究了水胶比、集浆比以及钢渣粒径 对透水混凝土强度和透水性能的影响。研究结果表明:集浆比、粒径大小是影响透水混凝土抗压强度和透水系数 的关键因素;水胶比对钢渣透水混凝土的透水系数影较大,对28d抗压强度影响不大。
