Test Study on the Friction Resistance of the North Concrete Anchor of Qingcaobei Yangtze River Bridge

青草背长江大桥北锚碇摩阻力试验

Abstract: Taking the north concrete anchor( gravity concrete anchor) at Qingcaobei Yangtze River Bridge as an example,insitu friction resistance test was conducted in the north concrete anchor bearing stratum,based on the indoor test results of rock mechanics and the engineering geological condition of bearing stratum,shear strength parameters and shear parameters of peak value and shear strength parameters of proportional limit value on the surface of concrete( strength grade of C30 ) and bearing stratum were studied in detail. According to current norms,procedures and industry standards,comprehensive analysis was done. Finally the friction resistance coefficient was 0. 58. The value could meet the design requirements. The above test could provide reference for friction resistance test on other gravity concrete anchors.

摘要: 以涪陵青草背长江大桥北锚碇( 重力式锚碇) 为例,在北锚碇地基持力层部位进行了原位摩阻力试验,结合室 内岩块力学试验成果及地基持力层的工程地质状况,对混凝土( 强度等级为C30) 与地基持力层基岩接触面的峰值 抗剪断强度参数、抗剪强度参数以及比例界限值相对应的抗剪断强度参数进行了详细研究。结合现行规范、规程 及行业标准对摩阻系数的不同取值方法进行了综合分析,最终确定该锚碇的摩阻系数为0. 58,满足设计要求,供类 似的重力式锚碇摩阻力试验参考。
