Way to Evaluate the Effectiveness of Mineral Admixtures in Suppressing Alkali-Silica Reaction

一种用于评定矿物掺和料抑制ASR有效性 的试验方法

Abstract: A method to assess the effectiveness of mineral admixtures in suppressing the alkali-silica reaction was presented. Based on accelerated mortar bar test,the method improve the storage condition of this test. Modified test was applied in suppressing the alkali-silica reaction of slate aggregate and 1% pyrex glass aggregate,and the result was compared with that of accelerated mortar bar test. The results confirmed modified method could reflect the rule of fly ash in suppressing the alkali-silica reaction. The final conclusion of the two methods for the two aggregates was similar,which could be used to assess the effectiveness of mineral admixtures in suppressing alkali-silica reaction.

摘要: 提出了一种用于评定矿物掺合料抑制ASR 有效性的试验方法,该方法基于快速砂浆法,改进了试验的养护 条件,对板岩骨料和1%玻璃模拟活性骨料进行了抑制试验研究,并与快速砂浆棒法试验结果进行了对比分析。 结果表明: 该方法能够反映出粉煤灰对ASR 的抑制规律,2 种方法最终判定结果相关性良好,可作为一种评定矿物 掺合料抑制ASR 有效性的试验方法。
