Abstract: Taking related specifications and standards of country and profession as evaluation standards，aiding to make the evaluation goals reasonable，comprehensive and general，evaluation contents，index systems and evaluation methods were discussed based on the analysis of main reflection of highway project design level and common design quality problems． As an example，the application of this theories and methods in a reconstruction project design were analyzed． The results demonstrated that this post-evaluation system and methods，with its feasibility and practicality，could be used to analyze technical level of highway projects design．

摘要： 以国家和行业相关规范和标准作为评价标准，以合理、全面、通用为评价目标，在对公路项目设计技术水平的 主要体现和当前常见设计质量问题进行分析的基础上，探讨了公路项目设计技术水平后的评价( 评价内容、指标体 系和评价方法) 。以某国道改建工程为例对其研究结果进行了验证。结果表明: 提出的公路项目设计后评价评价 体系及方法用于设计技术水平后评价是可行的。
