数控加工信息采集技术的研究

Abstract: CNC machine tools information acquirement method through the serial port was expounded. Functions of PLC in the CNC system and link between CNC and PLC were specified. The method of information acquirement through the support of user-defined CNC M code was proposed. The Siemens S7-200 PLC's PPI communication protocol was adopted. VB program was adopted to collect the real time manufacturing data; the feasibility was verified.

摘要: 阐述了通过串口采集数控信息的方法,详细论述了数控系统中PLC 的作用及其与CNC 的联系,同时提出了 通过自定义数控M 代码,辅助完成数控信息采集的方法。采用Siemens S7-200 PLC 的PPI 通信协议,用VB 编程获 取加工过程中实时数据,以验证该方法的可行性。
