软硬沥青复配温拌混合料性能与节能减排效果

Abstract: The warm mix asphalt using hard-soft combined binder is made by pre-coating with soft asphalt and then enhancing with hard asphalt. The performance and effect of energy saving and emission reduction of the mix were evaluated based on laboratory tests and the results from the construction and monitoring of the trial section. In addition,comparison was made with HMA and other types of WMA mixes. The results of laboratory tests show the strength of warm mixture asphalt using hard-soft combined binder increases with the time; moreover,this warm mixture asphalt possesses good high temperature stability and fatigue resistance. However,anti-stripping measures should be incorporated to ensure the moisture stability.The results from the onsite monitoring during construction indicate that the warm mix asphalt technology using hard-soft combined binder is able to lower the mix construction temperature effectively,which is significant to energy saving and emission reduction. The emission reduction effect of this warm mix asphalt technology is even better than that using paraffin wax to reduce the viscosity. The monitoring results obtained from a certain asphalt pavement with 2-year service demonstrate that the rut depth of the pavement using this warm mix asphalt technology is only about 50% of those using HMA with the same gradation.

摘要: 软硬沥青复配温拌混合料是指基于软质沥青预拌、硬质沥青增强原理开发的温拌沥青混合料。基于室内试验、试验路铺筑与监测结果,评价软硬沥青复配混合料的路用性能和节能减排效果,并与热拌沥青混合料及其他类型温拌混合料进行对比。研究表明: 软硬沥青复配温拌混合料强度随着时间而增长,并具有良好的高温稳定性和抗疲劳性能,但应采取抗剥落措施以保证其水稳定性; 与热拌技术相比,软硬沥青复配温拌技术可以有效地降低沥青混合料的施工温度,具有显著的节能减排效果,且减排效果优于石蜡降黏温拌技术; 软硬沥青复配混合料路面的车辙深度仅为同级配类型热拌沥青混合料路面的50%左右。
