盾构法施工在过江隧道中的风险及应对措施

Abstract: Nanjing Yangtze River tunnel engineering was taken as an example to analyze various risks in the shield construction in river-crossing tunnel systematically and comprehensively. These risks of shield construction in working well,shield crossing mid-river,oversized shield instability,segment sealed accident,ground movement in construction and shield tail freezing process were discussed,and the corresponding measures were put forward. The results provide experience and technical reference for a similar shield construction in risk assessment and safety management.

摘要: 以南京长江隧道工程为例,系统全面的分析了盾构法施工在过江隧道中的各类风险,探讨了盾构进出工作井 施工风险、盾构穿越江中段风险、超大盾构工作面失稳风险、管片密封事故风险、施工中地层移动风险、盾尾冻结法 施工风险等发生后将导致的后果以及引发该风险的原因,提出了相应的风险应对措施,为类似的盾构法施工的风险 评估和安全管理提供经验和技术上的参考,降低了施工风险。
