Research on Abrasion Resistance of Manufactured Sand-Recycled Concrete

机制砂再生混凝土耐磨性能研究

Abstract: Low abrasion resistance of recycled coarse aggregate concrete is one of the main reasons which limit its application in pavement. The abrasion resistance of manufactured sand concrete is better than natural sand concrete. In order to study the abrasion resistance and factors of manufactured sand recycled concrete, different proportions were designed to test abrasion resistance. The results show that, with the increase of recycled aggregate replacement rate the concrete weight loss increases; the abrasion resistance of manufactured sand recycled concrete is better than natural sand recycled concrete; the stone powder of the manufactured sand can improve the abrasion resistance, and in a certain range, the abrasion resistance of concrete decreases with the increase of stone powder.

摘要: 再生粗集料混凝土的耐磨性低于普通混凝土是限制其在路面面层应用的主要原因之一,机制砂混凝土的耐磨性则优于河砂混凝土,为研究再生粗骨料与机制砂细骨料配制混凝土的耐磨 性能及影响因素,设计不同配合比进行混凝土耐磨试验研究。试验结果表明:随着再生集料取代率的增加混凝土的磨损量增加;与河砂相比,机制砂作为细集料时,再生混凝土的耐磨性能提 高;机制砂中的石粉能够改善再生混凝土的耐磨性能,在一定范围内,混凝土磨损量随机制砂石粉含量的增加而降低。
