水泥稳定砾石骨料振动与击实成型对比试验

Abstract: In order to contrast vibrating compaction method (VCM and the relationship between the modified proctor compaction method(MPCM, three types of graded gravel aggregate and two kinds of cement dosage performance were compared. The results show that the optimum moisture content of VCM is reduced by 10%~20% than that of MPCM, and the maximum dry density is 1.01~1.02 times.The damage of MPCM to gravel gradation is larger than that of VCM. In the same cement dosage of case, the unconfined compressive strength of vibrating compaction sample 7 days is better than the isostatic pressing one.

摘要: 为对比水泥稳定砾石材料振动压实与重型击实之间的关系, 进行了3类典型级配,2种水泥剂量的振动与重型击实对比试验。结果表明:振动压实比重型击实最佳含水量减小10%~20%,最 大干密度是重型击实结果的1.01~1.02倍;重型击实法对砾石级配的破坏要大于振动压实法;相同水泥剂量下,振动成型的试件7 d无侧限抗压强度比静压成型的高。
