Abstract: The internal air flow model of the cyclone separator for heavy truck intake system was established,and the numerical simulation of internal flow for exhaust ports with different sizes was carried out.Therefore,the size of exhaust port with minimum flow resistance was obtained.The calculation results show that the lowest points of the average speed,the average pressure and the pressure drop are corresponding to different exhaust port sizes.Comprehensively considering the influence of the above 3 parameters on the cyclone separator,the average value of the corresponding 3 dimensions is taken as the optimization result.

摘要: 建立了重型卡车进气系统旋流式分离器的内部空气流动模型,并针对不同排气口尺寸进行了内部流动数值仿真,得到了流动阻力最小值时对应的排气口尺寸。计算结果表明:平均速度最低处、平均压力最低处、压力降最小处分别对应不同排气口尺寸,综合考虑3个参数对旋流式分离器的影响,取对应的3个尺寸的平均值作为优化结果。
