Geological Characteristics and Foundation Pretreatment Method in Tongzhou Bay New District Engineering

通州湾新区工程地质特征及地基预处理技术研究

Abstract: The geological background of Tongzhou bay new district was expounded,and many regional geological survey materials of some developing areas including science and technology city A03,A04,B01,B03 block and Chunhui Lu were organized,summarized and analyzed. At the same time,relying on typical engineering cases,several foundation pretreatment techniques suitable for the new district were analyzed and compared. Research results show that:the geological soil layer in the new district is a double layer loose geological type alternating with rhythmic sand layer and clay layer,which has both regional environment geological characteristics and local particularity. The high water level and continuous rainfall is another feature of the new district,which brings great difficulty to the foundation construction and the dewatering. The new dewatering dynamic compaction method and drainage consolidation method are more appropriate for the foundation pretreatment of large area in new district. Reasonable choice of composite foundation method can combine the foundation pretreatment and treatment,which greatly shortens the project duration and saves the cost.

摘要: 对通州湾新区区域环境地质背景进行了阐述;整理、归纳、分析了区内正在开发建设的科教城A03、A04、B01、B03地块及春晖路等区域的地勘资料 ;依托典型工程案例,针对适宜于新区的多项地基预处理技术进行了对比分析。研究表明:新区地质土层为韵律型砂层与黏土层交替出现的双层松散型地 质,既有区域环境地质特征,又有其局部特殊性。过高的地下水位、连续的降雨是新区水文地质的又一特点,给地基施工和降水带来了较大的困难。新型 降水强夯法、排水固结法是完成新区大面积地基预处理较为适宜的方法。合理的选择复合地基法亦可以将地基预处理与处理合二为一,大大缩短整个工程 的工期、节省造价。
