Traffic Capacity of Urban Road Signalized Intersection Work Zone

城市道路信号交叉口施工区通行能力研究

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of traffic organization and management in the work zone of the intersection, the characteristics of traffic flow and the influencing factors of traffic capacity were studied. The characteristics of the parameters such as headway, speed, starting delay time and saturation flow rate in the work zone of the intersection were analyzed by using the measured data. Through comparative analysis, it is found that under construction conditions, the saturation flow rate of straight lane decreases by about 18.9%, and the starting delay time increases by about twice. Based on the measured data, the recommended saturation flow rate of the straight lane in the work zone of the signalized intersection is 1 400 ~1 500 pcu/h, and the recommended saturation flow rate of the left-turn lane is 1 300 ~1 400 pcu/h. Based on the measured and simulated methods, the conversion coefficient of large vehicles in the work zone of the signalized intersection and the correction coefficient of the influence of the mixing ratio of large vehicles on the traffic capacity of the work zone are given, and the influence of the bus stops and lane markings on the traffic capacity is analyzed.

摘要: 为了提高交叉口施工区交通组织和管理效率,对施工区交通流特性及通行能力影响因素进行了研究。应用实测数据分析了交叉口施工区车头时距、速度、起动延误时间和饱和流率等参数特性。通过对比分析发现,在施工条件下,直行车道饱和流率下降约18.9%,起动延误时间约增加一倍;基于实测数据,给出了信号交叉口施工区直行车道饱和流率推荐值为1 400 ~1 500 pcu/h,左转车道饱和流率推荐值为1 300 ~1 400 pcu/h;基于实测与仿真的方法,给出了信号交叉口施工区大型车换算系数和大型车混入比对施工区通行能力影响修正系数,并分析了公交停靠站及车道标志标线等对通行能力的影响。
