Abstract: In this paper the author proposes a brand new subject-traffic aesthetics and dealswith some basic aesthetic principles to be applied to highway,automobile and traffic control. Traffic is subject to objective needs. when the aesthetic of the passengers is evoked, the human life may be beautified. This attributes to the development of technology and economy. As traffic aesthetics is a newly-proposed topic, much research work has to be done.

摘要： 本文讨论了公路、汽车和交通控制中的一些基本美学原则。交通运输不仅具有满足客观要求的物理结构或功能,同时还具有美化人类生活的审美意义,这是技术与社会经济发展的结果。把美学与交通运输结合起来是一个新课题,值得深入研究。
