Abstract: In consideration of the changeable geological condition and mechanical peoperty of adjoining rock, tunnelling progress is always out of complete, control and regarded as a dynamical performance, wkich can therefore only be dealt with by some dynamical control method. Taking ××× Tunnel on Chengdu-Chongqing Highway being constructed in Sichuan Province as an example, this paper presents the control chart method in tunnel excavation, a good method for reducing over-and-under excavation effectively and attain better effect of smooth wall blasting, by adopting the control chart method of Japanese Totle Quality Control Method to thoroughly control tunnel construction which is conducted by drilling-and-blasting method. This method is applicable to the construction of mountain tunnels and underground caves.

摘要: 隧道施工,因其对象即围岩的地质状况、力学特征是不断变化的,掘进的过程总是不能完全地控制,因此可被认为是"动态"的过程。对于这种过程,我们亦必须寻求具有动态特征的控制办法才能解决问题,本文以在建的成渝高等级公路中的×××隧道为例,运用日本的TQC原理中的控制图法,对隧道的光面爆破进行全面的控制,得出了一套较为完整的控制图法,本法适用于类似的山岭隧道和地下洞室的开挖施工。
