Abstract: Highway waste by water is a strongly restricted factor for the regional economic devel opment, which is an incoordinate result of environmental factors of waste by water. On the basis of field investigations this paper divides the environment of waste by water into 6 big zones, including 3-4 small zones in any big zone in Dephel values of geology, landform and climate, etc. It is found that the division is reasonable after our examinations of the economic losses of highway waste by water between 1976~1990 and of the distribution of the waste.

摘要： 本文在实地考察的基础上运用离散化有限元法和Dephel法将公路水毁的八个主要因子进行统计分析,把四川省公路水毁环境分成六大区,21个小区,经验证,发现境内公路水毁的直接经济损失及水毁分布状况均与区划方案比较吻合,表明该区划方案是比较合理的,它基本能反映境内公路水毁的基本规律。
