Abstract: This paper evaluates the vibration intensity of rubber-refiner and its affecting extent to nearby enviroment through vibration field-testing in the 2nd-floor rubber-refiner workshop of Chongqing tyre union factory.It mainly concerns about the theoretical analysis of vibrationseperating system and field-testing of vibration-seperating effect, and also analyses the functions of vibration-seperation system.Based on the work done, useful scientific basis has been provided for safe proceding of rubber-refiner and optimized design of industry technological process.

摘要： 对重庆轮胎总厂二楼炼胶机车间的振动实测,评定了炼胶机的振动烈度及对周围环境的影响程度.通过对隔振体系的理论分析和隔振效果实测,分析和研究了隔振体系的性能,从而为炼胶机的安全运行及行业工艺设计的优化提供可靠的依据.
