Abstract: Based on the comparison and comprehensive analysis of the selected sites for deepwater port area of Fuzhou port in aspects of natural conditions,concentration and evacuation conditions of backland,relationships between port and city development,etc.,this paper puts forward a site selection scheme for constructing a cross century deepwater port area for Fuzhou port.
