Abstract: The integrated and compositive appraisement system is for the choosing of migrant site , whose function is focused on migrant site objectively and adopting appropriate engineering and structural measurement for the design and construction of important structure .Thus , this system is composed of three administrative levels .However , this system does not take the economic and geographic factors into account .So , it is just a qualitative appraisal system.This paper choosing the Shuanjiang migrant site in Yunyang city as prototype , getting numerical value by Dephel Method , based on detailed field survey , integrating finite geologic drilling data , combining rock-soil and underground water experiment data with expertsexperience , establishes the system .The authors have applied the system in the analysis of Shuangjiang migrant site .The result consisted well with the real status .The system must be directive to be appraisement of the choosing of migrant site

摘要： 以云阳双江移民址区为原型，通过Dephel法进行量化，基于翔实的现场调研，集有限的地质钻探、槽探、 岩土体和地下水试验资料以及专家经验于一体，构建移民址区的综合评分系统。把该系统用于既有的移民址区进 行址区分析，与客观实际情况十分吻合，对移民选址评价具有十分重要的指导意义
