Abstract: Value advantage is one important part of competitive stratagem in enterprise operation .In this paper , value advantage is divided into two parts i .e , advantages of market-subdivision and of client-service .Based on them , the contribution of logistics to market-subdivision and client-service are separately discussed .At last , the conclusion that logistics is one important part of building value advantage is made
