Abstract: To obtain more profits, bidder requires to adopt some bidding strategies. The umbalanced bidding is an effective method, which is widely used by bidders. The paper analyzes the significance of umblanced bidding and the conditions in which umblanced bidding can be employed. The paper also analyzes the profits and the potential risks possibably brought by the strategy of umblanced bidding. This paper conclusively brings forward an estimated income model on the basis of theory linear programming.

摘要： 为了获得更多的收益,投标者在投标过程中必须讲究一定的报价策略.不平衡报价就是投标者经常使用的一种有效方法.笔者给出了不平衡报价的意义、使用条件,在此基础上分析了不平衡报价给投标人带来的收益和可能存在的风险,并利用线形规划理论提出收益预测模型.
