    Aerodynamic admittance was an important aerodynamic factor in analysis of buffeting of bridges. It was nearly no research in China.Based on the summarization of reports of research on aerodynamic admittance, source, research history and formula of aerodynamic admittance were systemically introduced. Meanwhile, new achievements and more work about aerodynamic admittance research are introduced, which have very important significance for reference to further research.

    Determining of non-strain state of flexible suspension bridge

    In order to evaluate the carrying capacity of one flexible suspension bridge, the authors measured its shape under no load and took a static test under traffic load. Non-linear FEM was used to model the behavior of the structure. It was focused on the method to determine the non-strain state of structure using the measured results. The consistenly of simulated results with the test confirms the correctness of themethod. The method, proposed in this paper to determine the non-strain state of structure, can be used to design and analysis large-span cable structures.

    Closure scheme design of Masangxi Yangtze River Bridge in Chongqing

    Masangxi Bridge is a floating cable-stayed bridge with double-tower and double cable planes, whose main span is 360m. The main beam is separated triangle beam of prestressed reinforced concrete, and inverted Y-shape tower is adopted. As an extra-long bridge, the closure of side (center) span touches on the completion and using of bridge in time, and perfect design had been made by designer for preventing contingency.The design idea is introduced in this paper.

    In this paper , the main cables are simplified to uniform loads along arc direction and concentrated loads at suspension points according to suspension bridge structures. Catenary is the linetype of main cables between slings, and the linetype at a suspension point is decided by equation of equilibrium of forces and equation of compatibility of displacement. So the main cable linetype of suspension bridges is subsection catenary. According to this theory, the reliable accurate method is constituted to calculate construction sequences and linetype after construction, and the software Sgkz2000 based on Win32 is achieved. Calculation theory and method are introduced together with software development process in this paper.

    Based on the excavation of Chaodongyan tunnel, a numerical analysis concerning the influence of karst caves in the bottom of tunnel on stability of the surrounding rock masses is carried out through using the ANSYS software system, and the yield initiation is assumed to occur following Druck-Prager failure criterion.The deformation character of the surrounding rockmass of tunnel was discussed.

    Effect of additives on low active lime-flyash mixture strength

    As lime-flyash mixture , a kind of semi-rigid base course material used in highway engineering , has usually very low early strength, its application is confined .The paper studies on low active lime-flyash mixture strength properties with different additives at different ages.Through X-ray diffractometer and scan electron microscope tests, the mechanism of low active lime-fly ash mixture strength with additives is studied.The results show that early strength of lime-flyash mixture can be significantly improved with adding Na2SO4 and Na2CO3, late strength of lime-flyash mixture with Na2SO4 is super to Na2CO3 , where as early and late strength of lime-flyash mixture with Portland cement is weak.

    This paper is aimed to the scour toe of the subgrade river side at concave bank, the prtection mechanism、laws and effects of the apron and the spur-dike are studied based on hydrokinetics analysis and experiments. The main effect parameters and the calculation method of the apron protection are raised on the basis of the model test and the spot observation. Meanwhile, the change laws of scour depth and arrangement method for spur-dike in bend channel are concluded, and design basis are provided for the scour protection to subgrade river side at concave bank.

    The diversity of temperature is an important factor for tympanites to occur in highway roadbed. The physical model of temperature transmitting is founded in this paper. Based on the model, applying increment theory of entropy, the transmitting-heat directions of roadbed temperature get demonstrated. And differential equations of two and three dimensions for unsteady state quantity of heat to transfer are observed in temperature field. It has significant senses for more research of tympanites.
