Abstract: The state and safety of bridge is an important problem which is wished to solve , some efforts are given to solve it, and some achievements are obtained, but a system of evaluating the state and safety of bridge is not established, This paper presents the works and softwares which are finished by the authors in three years.

摘要： 桥梁的工作状况和安全一直是人们对桥梁结构关心的关键问题,人们也为此做了大量的工作,出现了许多有价值的结论.但全面系统地对桥梁性态进行诊断的系统理论却较少.笔者根据近三年对此项工作的研究结果,提出了一套评价已成桥梁工作状态的方法和理论,并编制了相应软件.
