库区防汛信息系统的设计和应用

Abstract: The design scheme and application of the Reservoir area flood control information system are introduced . The component and function of the system , the purpose of software design , program development tools and such are included. The system has been put in use in Chongqing flood control departments since 2001 . It is provided with the characteristics of reliable operation , easy control and good stability as the application practice proved. The accuracy and efficiency of information transmission have been improved and the work tense of the operator on duty has been mitigated after the application of the system .

摘要: 对库区防汛信息系统的设计及应用情况作了介绍,包括系统的结构功能、软件设计以及开发工具等.系统于2001年开始在重庆市防汛部门正式使用.运行实践表明,该系统具有运行可靠、操作简单、稳定性好等特点.系统应用后提高了信息传递的准确性和及时性,大大减轻防汛值班人员的工作强度.
