Abstract

Abstract: Program statistics and count play important place in supervising highway project construction. The paper sums up the experience of supervising panzhihua bingcaogang jinshajiang bridge construction, and methods of carrying out program、statistics and count.And Some suggestions are given in this paper as well

摘要： 工程计划、进度统计、计量管理在公路工程项目建设管理中起着重要作用,笔者以攀枝花市炳草岗金沙江大桥建设项目的管理模式,以及该项目实行计划、统计、计量管理所起的作用的总结为基础,并根据本项目中管理的经验,提出了一些完善工程项目建设管理的建议.可供其它项目的建设管理借鉴.
