Abstract: From the systems engineering point of view, the whole related region is regarded as one large system, and the infrastructure esta-blishment for traffic as its subsystem, thus the quantity of passengers and goods as a whole; in turn the total traffic volume is assigned to every traffic zone by many factors, the volume in each district calculated, as a result, the volume distributed to the road networks,then, the required gained quantity

摘要: 从系统工程的角度出发,把项目影响区作为一个大系统,交通基础设施建设作为其中的一个子系统,从整体 上计算包含诱增交通量在内的总的交通量,然后按照考虑众多因素的比例法将其分配在各交通小区中,最后在区 域交通网络中进行分配,从而获得拟建项目的远景交通量
