摘要： 从系统工程的角度出发，把项目影响区作为一个大系统，交通基础设施建设作为其中的一个子系统，从整体 上计算包含诱增交通量在内的总的交通量，然后按照考虑众多因素的比例法将其分配在各交通小区中，最后在区 域交通网络中进行分配，从而获得拟建项目的远景交通量
