Abstract: According to characteristic of fairway and ship traffic flow after sluicing in the Three gorges reservoir, the text bring a basic principia of ship fairway innovation on basis of ship location scheme; also put forward decisions for preventing collisions of head-on situation, overtaking and crossing situation from geometrical model of ships meeting

摘要: 基于三峡工程蓄水后三峡库区航道特性和船舶流基本特性,根据船舶定线制的基本原理提出了三峡库区船 舶航路改革的基本原则;根据船舶会遇的几何模型,提出了库区船舶在对驶相遇、追越、交叉相遇情况下的避碰决 策.
