粒化聚合物改善沥青混合料路用性能的试验研究

Abstract: This paper studied the modification effects of granulated polymer-PR PLAST on asphalt mixtures by a large number of laboratory tests using different contents of the polymer. It is pointed that the rutting-resistance of mixture under high temperature is enhanced with the polymer contents and the Dynamic Stability (DS) is increased by 3 times on 0.5% polymer contents. And water-susceptibility is improved on some degree and cracking-resistance under low temperature is modified a little.

摘要: 通过大量的室内试验分析,研究了粒化聚合物PRPLAST对沥青混合料性能的改善作用,通过对不同掺量 的粒化聚合物沥青混合料的性能试验,发现掺量增加时,沥青混合料的高温抗车辙能力也随之提高,在掺量为0。5% 时动稳定度提高约3倍;沥青混合料的水稳性也有一定程度的提高,低温抗裂性有少量改善。研究结果表明粒化聚 合PRPLAST能有效的提高沥青混合料高温抗车辙能力,并对其他性能也有所改善,且掺加方法极为简便。
