    A new bridge carrying-capacity changing theory is proposed in the paper and then generalized as four changing phases: a dissipation phase, a deterioration phase, a destruction phase and a promotion phase. In turn, the scientific definitions, the features, the influential factors, the effect quantification and model systems corresponding to the different four phases are summarized to provide theoretical and applicable guide for the technical evaluation and rebuilding of aged bridges

Based on the result of investigation, the stress and deformation in different position of concrete pavement slab under overweight traffic are calculated by finite element method. The concrete slab early failure mechanics mechanism under overweight traffic action is analyzed. It comes to a conclusion that fatigue life of concrete pavement lab will be reduced greatly under overweight traffic action.

    This paper studied the modification effects of granulated polymer-PR PLAST on asphalt mixtures by a large number of laboratory tests using different contents of the polymer. It is pointed that the rutting-resistance of mixture under high temperature is enhanced with the polymer contents and the Dynamic Stability (DS) is increased by 3 times on 0.5% polymer contents. And water-susceptibility is improved on some degree and cracking-resistance under low temperature is modified a little.
