Abstract: In this paper, indicator system of investment risk at infrastructure project is constituted. Then, using analytic hierarchy process (APH) and fuzzy evaluation theory, the Fuzzy Overall Evaluation Model of Investment Risk at Infrastructure Project is established, which can be used to synthetically evaluate the investment risk grade of a infrastructure project, and provide basis for completion of the investment decision.

摘要: 笔者在本文通过建立基础设施投资风险评价指标体系,综合应用层次分析法、模糊评估原理,建立基础设施 投资风险模糊综合评价模型,运用该模型可以综合评定出某具体基础设施项目投资风险的等级,为投资决策提供 依据。
